It’s hard to believe that we are already half-way through the school year! As we begin the second semester, we are looking ahead to the start of the 2024-2025 school year. Here are some things to keep in mind:
Calendar
The 2024-2025 calendar is now available on our website at waynechristian.org under the calendar tab.
Continuous Enrollment
Your $200 continuous enrollment fee to keep your spot for next school year has been paid in installments throughout this school year. There is no paperwork to complete or additional fees to pay to remain enrolled at WCS. However, if you know you are not returning to WCS next school year, please let Mrs. Burt in the finance office know.
Withdrawal for the 2024-2025 school year:
- Before February 28–the enrollment fee will be credited to your account
- Between March 1-June 30–the enrollment fee is non-refundable
- Between July 1-July 31–the enrollment fee is non-refundable and you are responsible for the book fee and a $500 withdrawal fee
- August 1 or later–non-refundable enrollment fee and you are responsible for the book fee, the first month of tuition, and a $500 withdrawal fee
Tuition
As previously announced, here is the tuition scale for the 2024-2025 school year.
- Tuition–$8,000
- Book and Supply Fee–$650
- Continuous Enrollment Fee (for the 2025-2026 school year)–$200
- Extended Care
- Full-time (mornings, afternoons, and in-service days)–$2,200
- Mornings Only–$1,000
- In-service Days Only–$600
- Drop-in–$10 (AM), $15 (PM)
- Annual Lunch Plan–$850
- E-books
- Elementary–$125
- Intermediate and Middle School–$175
- High School–Included in book fee
- Athletic Participation
- Per sport–$75
- Football–$150
We will keep your options for the 2024-2025 school year the same as this school year. If you would like to change anything for next school year, please contact Hayley Burt at hburt@waynechristian.org to add or remove options.
