
Thomas Donica, a 2016 graduate of WCS, recently had the opportunity to present his research on e-skins at the American Society of Mechanical Engineers 2019 Conference on Smart Materials, Adaptive Structures and Intelligent Systems and was published in the conference journal.
Thomas attended WCS from 2nd grade until graduation and qualified as a National Merit Scholar in high school. He currently attends Liberty University on a full scholarship, where he is a junior with a double major in chemistry and mechanical engineering. Thomas also had the opportunity to work with the Robertson Research Group–part of the University of Houston’s College of Engineering–during the summer of 2019.
